You were taken from your family and brought to ours
You were so little, frightened and alone
You became our good friend and a member of our family
You are more than our pet, you were our companion
You shall be missed
Your final moments we were there
You looked at us to say goodbye
You shall be missed
You lived a good life
You had good food
You had great care
You loved us as we loved you
