Yup...another ticket at 4:41pm. This AFTER I went to the Branch Office to change back the valid season ticket for my own car.
What can I say? Are they INEFFICIENT or what?
I sometimes wonder what's the use of implementing all that technology if none of it is put to good use? That's so weird.
