This is what happens when the eclipse of the moon is obscured by cloud cover.
It becomes a slow e-mail day for me.
I have no new pictures to post either here, or on my Multiply site. I tried to get as much sleep as I could failing to which I then decided to blog blog and blog more. I think it's becoming a little more and more time consuming.
To the people at NETS (Network of Electronic Transfers Singapore Pte Ltd) I have this to say:
REDUCE THE DAMN TRANSACTION CHARGES SO THAT MERCHANTS DON'T IMPOSE A MINIMUM PURCHASE AMOUNT YOU MORONS!!!!!
I saw the mat which I wanted to buy to improve my work conditions but alas, it cost less than $20. I had previously walked past the POSB ATM and the line was at least 20 people long and there was only 1 ATM. They used to advertise "Why Queue?" when ATMs were first introduced as a convenient alternative to non-communicative transactions with banks but they seem to have forgotten about what they had advertised.
The "GURUs" which decide where and how many ATMs to place should themselves be forced into a situation where they have to wait at least a half hour before being able to withdraw any money. They probably survive on credit cards and seldom have purchases that amount to less than $20. Idiots.
I suppose, in today's society, there's a premium to be paid for everything including BAD SERVICE. And here we are, talking about trying to improve service levels. Well, efficiency is only a PART of good service and not the definition of it.
Well, glad I managed to get that off my chest.
I enjoyed a couple of Chili Cheese Dogs at Superdog before going to work. KXXZ (a.k.a SLK) decided to go for a lighter Yogurt drink and Ben & Jerry Ice Cream. Some people just know how to contradict themselves (food-wise that is). That's why men will NEVER understand women; and it should stay that way. It's because of the mysteries of women that keep us men interested in them.
Again, she has become a porcupine with icy-cold spikes...
